BKC Office Site Visit Checklist | Layout & Lease Brief
Use this BKC office viewing checklist to compare layout, workstations, parking, building access and handover details before shortlisting a rental office.
Before the visit
Confirm the building name, exact unit, area basis, appointment and whether the office remains available. Request current photographs, a layout, a written commercial quote and the expected possession date. Bring your team-size and department brief.
During the walkthrough
Check usable desks, cabin layout, meeting rooms, natural light, noise and accessibility for your team. Ask about lifts, access hours, visitor handling, air-conditioning hours, power arrangements and the parking spaces attached to the unit.
Record follow-up questions
Photograph the offered unit with permission and note any repairs, furniture exclusions or layout changes discussed. Ask for written confirmation of quoted terms and the handover condition. Do not treat a building exterior photograph as proof of the office interior.
After comparing offices
Compare each option against the same budget and layout brief. Clarify owner approvals and any unresolved building requirements before scheduling a move. A viewing does not reserve a unit or confirm lease terms.
